I'm thinking about pulling the plug

posted by Keith at

Before I say this I will say that I appreciate all of the contributions that have been made here...

I have lost interest in this blog and I want to call it quits - as in, delete it. Same for the forum.

Your thoughts?

It might be an idea to leave it around for people to read, but not be committed to updating it regularly? I have certainly enjoyed the experience and have loved seeing other people's positive posts. Sometimes I get too busy to contribute to projects like this one, but it does not mean that I don't care about it. As for the forum, I usually hang out at the Fracfan forum which, has its seasons. Its a great resource although it has been rather quiet in recent months.

Nah, leave it up, man. At least it's one positive place to talk fractals. Even if as lot of folks don't say much. Gives me a chance to see dzeni's nifty work, too.

I guess that I'll leave it up. It's just that I feel obligated to say something even when I don't have anything to say.

Maybe we can talk a little more photography...

Keith,
I discovered your site 6 months ago when I decided to pursue Ultra Fractal. Prior to that, my main hobby has been "traditional" photography. I fell victim to digital two years ago. I'm only a notch above illiterate where digital is concerned but with traditional did my own developing and printing.
So I would love for you to continue this site and talk about both fractals and Photography.
Especially now, since I had to create an account to send this comment.. Smiles
Best to you, Laurie

I'm for keeping it, also. I don't spend a lot of time here, but I do come to read, and occasionally have something that might be of interest to post. As long as it's not costing you money, I vote to keep it around :)

Cheers,
Cornelia
